Hotel staff were excellent and showed compassion in dealing with my personal problems.
The area is not the best you will ever stay in. OK for business stays.

Nice looking and beautifully designed hotel, we truly enjoyed this place.
We were in a nice and unbeatable location within easy walking distance of Fruit. This hotel was in a very nice area so close to centre of Middlesbrough, the Riverside Stadium, and Close to park. The food was reasonably priced and outstanding.

Like the staff and central location.
The room was fairly old fashioned and slightly run down. Not worth the money to be honest. Lovely breakfast though pricey.

It was just a great fit for a short weekend trip in Middlesbrough with excellent value for money. The staff were lovely, especially Nicola, who helped us with the parking registration. Make sure to enjoy the lovely garden area for a cuppa.
